This easy green mango banana smoothie makes for the perfect morning smoothie or mid-afternoon snack. It is thick, satisfying, and very filling for a long day ahead.

This healthy mango banana smoothie recipe has mango and banana. Mangoes give the smoothie a sweet taste and the banana gives it a creamy texture.  Both of these fruits are high in vitamins hence a great way to start your day.

I always add whole milk to my green mango banana smoothie as it’s rich in protein. Almond milk or coconut milk is another favorite of mine.

For an additional boost of nutrition and more taste, add a teaspoon of some fiber. Chia seeds are my morning favorites. You can also create a smoothie bowl by dicing some more mangoes and bananas.

Equipment

  • Portable Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 tsp Teami Blends Greens Superfoods Power

Instructions
 

  • Wash your fruits clean and cut your banana and mango into small cubes
  • Add banana, mango, and fresh milk ( you can also use almond milk) to a blender. Blend on medium-low speed until well combined.
  • Serve immediately (you can also make a smoothie bowl by adding diced mango and bananas to your smoothie in a bowl then sprinkle chia seeds)
  • Enjoy!
