This healthy mango banana smoothie recipe has mango and banana. Mangoes give the smoothie a sweet taste and the banana gives it a creamy texture. Both of these fruits are high in vitamins hence a great way to start your day.
I always add whole milk to my green mango banana smoothie as it’s rich in protein. Almond milk or coconut milk is another favorite of mine.

To blend my smoothie, I use the mini portable blender that makes my work so easy. Being portable, I can carry it anywhere and enjoy my smoothies from wherever!
For an additional boost of nutrition and more taste, add a teaspoon of some fiber. Chia seeds are my morning favorites. You can also create a smoothie bowl by dicing some more mangoes and bananas.

Because of the size of the portable blender, the smoothie tends to serve at most two people. But if you’re not sure about the exact number of cups, you want to use an all-in-one conversion calculator.
In my case, convert the capacity of my portable blender in ml to the number of cups the smoothie can fill.
From the screenshot above, my portable blender of 400ml in capacity can fill almost 2 cups. Great for two people!
